Clinical work and research are supported by a comprehensive electrophysiology lab with digital Video EEG machine, NCS/EMG machine, AFT (Autonomic function Tests with provision for QSART, TST), sleep lab and a neuro-Cath lab. Our research wing comprises of 15 qualified personnel responsible for coordinating and conducting various research projects funded by India Alliance (the Wellcome Trust/DBT, India), Indian Council Medical Research, DBT, World Federation of Neurology and NIH amongst others. The various clinical trials include those for Stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and peripheral neuropathy. The department boasts of world-renowned stroke specialists, Translational medicine scholars and researchers in neuromuscular diseases. Beyond patient service and clinical research, we are moreover urgently engaged in medical education having a highly sought without specialty DM undertow and undergraduate and postgraduate.
