We are defended to providing the highest levels of medical superintendency to patients, to up-and-coming the art and science of nephrology through research and discovery, and to training physicians and investigators to wilt leaders in the medicine and science of nephrology. It has a rich tradition of pioneering work in Nephrology in North India expressly in peritoneal dialysis (PD), hemodialysis and renal transplantation and will protract to strive to provide the highest standards of superintendency for patients with vigilant and chronic renal disease. Patients with end-stage renal disease require one of the forms of renal replacement therapy either dialysis – hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis or renal transplantation for survival. The department has four senior nephrologists and a competent team of renal nurses, technicians and cooperating health personnel providing renal services round the clock with spanking-new when up in laboratory and clinical disciplines. The Nephrology department places temporary and tunneled dialysis wangle catheters and provides comprehensive management for complications of vascular wangle issues. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsies are washed-up routinely for native and transplant kidneys by Nephrologists to facilitate diagnosis of kidney disease. The department works in tropical cooperation with the Departments of Urology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Radiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Pathology.
